Dimensions possible from 400x400 mm down to micro range 0,01x0,01 mm.
The process can be used for microelectronic ciruits, solar cells production, microparts, micro tooling steel/ceramic.

stainless steel on alumina
copper on alumina
Aluminium on alumina
Al- composite on alumina


2. plastic on copper for electronic circuits

3. glas on silicon for solar cells

Advantages of the process technology:  high accurate by roboting, fast by laser heating, integration into product lines

All equipment inclusive laser, roboter, materials, other equipment is available and can be installed at production or laboratory side on request
